Open Discussion
Rental Cars vs Public Transportation
- Definitely want to do rental cars
- Be care of the fees that other companies charge
- Make sure you can drive manual, as many countries have manual only cars (low selection of automatic)
- You can really see the country on public transportation
- Don’t consider Uber/Lyft public transportation, but it gets the job done
- If you do rent a car, make sure to pay with the Chase Sapphire card series
